The Norwegian smoked salmon has a very soft, smooth flesh with melting and sweet flavour. We find a special roundness, as well as iodized and marine notes.
Salting: by hand, with natural sea salt. Smoking: traditional and slow at low temperature, 100% beechwood sawdust. Ingredients: salmon, dry salt, beech-smoked. Origin:Norway. Storage: can be kept in the fridge for 21 days before opening. After opening - 48 h. Useful recommendation: to enjoy its full flavour, we recommend you take the salmon out of the fridge approximately 20 minutes before serving.
