Furmint is one of Hungary’s most popular white grape varieties which
is well known in the Badacsony wine region as well. The name KőKövön was
inspired by the harmony of the soil and the variety. This is an
unconventional Furmint: it has a dynamic nose, with mostly mineral notes
in the mouth and a long finish. Smooth, yet elegant.
Our recommendation: cream soup of green peas served with carp chicharrones
