Chardonnay and Pinot Noir in a 50:50 proportion made by the traditional
method. The tautly acidic base wine from an early harvest of the grapes
grown on limestone soil was put into bottle, where following the
secondary fermentation, it was aged on fine lees for two years. Shiny
appearance with greenish tints, with the mousse gradually opening aromas
of tropical fruits, pear and toasty notes. The finish is rounded out by
the dosage with five grams of sugar.
