The Muscat grapes were harvest and destemmed on 14th September
before 1 to 2 hours of skin contact and pressing. The wine was
fermented in a steel tank and aged briefly in steel to retain the fresh,
aromatic character of the Muscat variety. Elegant notes of elderflower
on the nose are followed by a round, herbal palate. Recommended to pair
with salads and grilled food or to be served on its own at 10 °C.
A little sweet Muscat is what the name of this wine means. Egy kis is
the ‘prefix’ for our second brand under which we offer wines that are
aimed at the ‘beginner wine drinkers’ who are looking for high-quality,
yet easy-to-love, fruity and fresh entry-level wines that can open the
door to wine connoisseurship.
